Please note that none of the products we sell are toys and should not be played with by children or marketed as such. Products for sales include wooden products; none of the products have been tested for flammability and should be kept away from direct flame – this includes our tea-light range which should only be used with battery operated tea-lights.
All the designs on this site are the copyright of Zapncraft and its proprietor and should not be copied without our express permission.
Ordering from us couldn’t be easier:
Just go to our web site www.zapncraft.co.uk, browse at your leisure through our photos showing the vast range of products then click on the image which will take you to that section. Click on any of the items you wish to take a closer look at and view for more details and then simply put them in your shopping basket to purchase. If you wish to add or subtract the order quantities, you may do so. As each item is added to your basket it will automatically calculate your P&P charges, though you can also select express delivery if you need stock items quickly. You may then continue shopping should you wish to add more items or go straight to checkout by clicking the respective buttons.
Once you have finalised your shopping click on the checkout button, this will take you to our payment service to complete your order. Please enter your delivery address, any special delivery instructions and your contact details in-case we have a query. We accept payment by PayPal, Bank transfer, Debit and Credit cards. Choose your method of payment and follow the online instructions.
Postage and Shipping
Postage and packing cost are shown separately on your order in the shopping basket on checkout. The minimum delivery charge is £1.00 and Royal Mail Track and Trace is available at £4.95. No matter how much your order is, there will be no extra postage costs.
Delivery Timescales
We will always fulfil your order as quickly as possible. We pack and ship orders in the order they come in. We aim to process, package and post standard stock orders for dispatch within 3-5 working days, though this may take longer at busy periods such as Christmas and special days. Some items may take slightly longer where they are cut to order.
Personalised orders take between 20 and 30 working days to produce and are then dispatched within 3-5 working days.
Quality Guarantee
Your custom and satisfaction is very important to us. All our items are produced to a very high standard. If however your item(s) is damaged or has a manufacturing fault, or there are any other problems with the order, please contact us within 48hrs of receiving your order so we can deal with any issues as soon as possible. You may need to return the item in line with our returns policy explaining the fault and we will replace or refund as requested. In some cases, we may request photos of the item and packaging.
PLEASE NOTE: The items being returned must be in their original condition in which they arrived to you.
Product Variation
All our products are made and designed to a very high standard and are all quality checked prior to shipping. However slight variances in shape, size and colouring may occur both between batches of shapes and within batches. All measurements are approximate and may vary slightly within a tolerance of +/- 10%. We reserve the right to change measurements and descriptions of items at any time.
When purchasing a wooden product there will be natural imperfections within the product and we have little to no control over this. Grain changes and looks of the timber are considered as an aesthetic appeal to the natural look. As all wooden products are NATURAL and this natural beauty will always show within the product. If you require any further information please contact us to discuss this matter.
Returns Policy
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, for any reason, simply return the item to us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund of the item/s. Please note that any item returned must be in its original condition. You can return your item by post. Unfortunately, we cannot refund postage costs (Original postage paid or postage paid to return items to us) unless your item is faulty under the terms of our quality guarantee.
If for any reason your item is damaged in transit or incorrect please contact us immediately within 48hrs of receiving the order, we may not require you to return the item if you can provide photos. We can not replace any items if they are not in their original condition they arrived to you, so please do not paint them or attempt to glue them otherwise there will be no replacement from us.
PLEASE NOTE: Personalised items are non-returnable unless there is a fault made by us or damage caused in transit. Please check all information about products before ordering, if you are unsure about any information then please contact us before purchasing. It is advised that you order samples of personalised items before planning large orders to guarantee you are happy with the design before committing to large orders.

The Information You Provide
In using the Zapncraft web site you will be asked at various stages to provide us with information about yourself, about the person for whom you are purchasing a gift and your financial details needed to process payment for the goods you order. This will predominantly take place in the ‘check out’ procedure. The only information collated will be that to allow Zapncraft to process your order, except in the instance where further data capture is required. We do not trade, sell, or rent your information to third parties.
What we use the Information for
The information you provide to us is used to help produce your order or to contact you if needed about your order. Where personal information is captured for the use of personalised poetry or bespoke artwork, we respect personal information on all design.
Zapncraft will not make telephone sales calls and will only contact you if we have questions regarding your order.
